Our Fleet
The Cruz Bay Car Rental fleet are Jeeps and SUV's designed for the hills and terrain of St. John. Easily navigate the island with confidence in a 4x4 Wrangler or SUV.
Rental Policies
- Must 25 years of age or older with a driver license and major credit card.
- A valid driver's license and declaration of liability policy must be provided.
- Full amount quoted is due at the time of booking to confirm.
- VI tax of $3.75 per day is added to the rental cost.
- 5 day rental minimum.
- Earliest pick-up is 1:00pm and latest drop-off is 9:00am
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- A $1,500 pre-auth hold is placed on the on the credit card provided at the time of pick-up. It is released when the vehicle is returned without damages.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation must be made 14 days or more prior to pick-up date to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days but more than 48 hours of your reservation are non-refundable but may be applied to different dates, subject to availability.
- Cancellations with less than48 hours notice are non-refundable and are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the gross rent, plus taxes.
- No refunds for early departures will be issued.
Driving on St. John
- Drive on the left side of the road.
- Roads are winding, single lane so take it slow.
- Rentals cannot leave St. John and are prohibited from driving on the beach.
- Do not drink and drive!
